CAROLINE BEAUMONT - ARTIST
Caroline Beaumont was born in Paris. From an early age she developed an interest in drawing and throughout her formal education, received several awards for her work.
She now lives in England where she continues to paint in different mediums. She exhibits her pictures locally and nationally in several galleries and exhibitions.
In the 1980s, Caroline worked for several months in Australia producing inks and oils of the natural and urban landscape of Western Australia.
In 1990, she received the first prize for oil painting in the "Salon des Artistes Independants".
She returns regularly to France and has exhibited in Brittany and Paris. Her work has been reproduced in books and cards and can be found in private collections.
She continues to be inspired by her travels to paint and is fascinated by the potential of painting. Caroline is married to an Englishman. They have a daughter and live on the south coast of England.
